About Band

Bio

Dreaming In Stereo is the brainchild of Fernando Perdomo, the accolade-laden lead guitarist for the eclectic modern rock super-group Transcendence. The band’s self-titled debut album, Dreaming In Stereo, reveals Perdomo as a multi-talented singer/songwriter – along with being one of the most revered and innovative guitarists and multi-instrumentalist in the alt-rock radio world. Perdomo is also a highly in-demand session musician and the Dreaming In Stereo project helps him make music that more personally defines who he is. It’s a happy marriage of Power Pop and catchy 70s era Art Rock. In fact, Dreaming In Stereo defines their music as “Progressive Pop”. The album features eleven instantly classic tunes with the addition of some wildly creative and frenetic guitar playing woven through them that can either take your breath away or get you up out of your chair. It is easy to get under your skin and nearly impossible to get out of your head.

Recently added to the lineup is bassist Giuseppe Rodriguez and the Eddie Zyne on Drums. Giuseppe recently graduated from the Miami Beach High School rock ensemble program. Eddie toured with Hall and Oates in the 70s and has been in 2 versions of Foghat.

Dreaming In Stereo has opened up for Todd Rundgren, Davy Jones of the Monkees, Leon Russell, Larry Hoppen of Orleans, Kasim Sulton (of Utopia), Mike Sembello and performed at venues such as CBGB’s (NYC), Acme Underground (NYC), Alligator Alley (Ft. Lauderdale), Culture Room (Ft. Lauderdale), Revolution (Ft. Lauderdale), Van Dyke (Miami Beach), Billboard Live (Miami Beach), Gulfstream Casino (Hallandale).
