About Band
Amy(19) and George(22) Sheppard spent the first few years of their lives surviving Papua New Guinea - a place quite unlike the normal suburban upbringing of an Australian childhood. The international primary school in PNG had quite a unique musical faculty and the impressionable minds of these two was occupied with music from a very early age. When the time came to start high-school, George had to relocate to a boarding school in Brisbane to continue his studies, and Amy soon followed - but it wasn't until after they had both completed high school (and George had gone on to complete Drama school) that each discovered the other's musical ability - and instead of fueling the sibling rivalry that had been apparent their entire childhood lives, they decided to mold their differences into a collaborative music project. They are currently living in between Sydney and their family home in Fortitude Valley where they are working on their first original album.
